Responsibilities:

• Reviewer must have updated knowledge in the relevant field of research
• Applicant should be willing to invest time for evaluation of manuscripts
• Check the innovativeness and applicability of manuscript for the society at large
• Reviewer should read the entire manuscript, then provide comment to the authors
• Review comments should be submitted within three weeks
• There should be sound decision about the manuscript acceptance, revision, or rejection
• The editor in chief keeps the reserves for making the reviewer
